Position Level Senior Executive Requirements Responsibilities Role summary: Lead design delivery quality, ensure buildability, and mentor juniors while owning client experience for mid-to-high complexity projects. Lead end-to-end design for multiple projects (concept → technical → handover). Ensure drawings are accurate, buildable, and aligned with standard package specs. Run client presentations, manage design changes, and control scope creep. Coordinate closely with project/site team to resolve site issues quickly. Mentor junior designers; review outputs, improve standards/templates. Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
